Private online Ashtanga yoga classes wherever you are in the world.
Want to learn Ashtanga yoga? Struggling to find a local teacher with the skills and experience to help you take your practice to the next level?
Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, I can help you. I work with people all over the world you want the opportunity to invest in their personal practice by working privately and directly with an experienced Ashtanga yoga teacher.
Modern group classes are cheap and fun but allow little time for personal interaction with the teacher, especially if you are practicing online.
Traditionally yoga was always taught one-to-one so that the teacher could completely customise the practice to meet the student’s needs. Private classes allow you to prioritise your own physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
I’m currently helping people in the Middle East, Africa, Europe and America enjoy their yoga more. Why not join them?
The benefits
• Personal attention: with my full attention you will enjoy more verbal adjustments, allowing you to explore postures with alignment suitable for you. You will also have more time to explore the higher limbs of yoga.
• Convenience: practice at a time and place that works for you.
• Accountability: one-to-one tuition allows you to set goals and be accountable to your teacher.
• Privacy: avoid feeling self-conscious in a group class. Private lessons help you to build confidence in your practice.
What is Ashtanga Yoga?
Ashtanga Yoga is a style of yoga popularised by K. Pattabhi Jois during the 20th century, based on the teachings of T. Krishnamacharya. Ashtanga Yoga is an energetic practice, synchronising breath with movement. Individual poses are linked together by flowing movements called vinyasas.
Ashtanga Yoga is often called Mysore style yoga after the city in India where the practice was originally taught.
